How to Play
Here are the official rules for the Survivor Football Pool:
Each pick set chooses one professional football team each week.
Picks are made "straight up", not using a point spread system.
If their pick is correct, that pick set survives until the next week.
Once an professional football team has been chosen that pick set cannot pick that
same professional football team for the remainder of the season.
One incorrect pick eliminates the pick set from the pool for the
remainder of the season.
Tie games count as a loss for both teams involved.
All weekly picks are due before the start of the first professional football game of the
week.
Any pick sets that do not submit a weekly pick before the deadline
will be automatically eliminated from the pool the same as if an
incorrect pick was chosen.
The last pick set standing will win the pot.
In the event of more than one pick set making it all the way through
the season and picking correctly in week 17, the pot will be
divided evenly between all pick sets that made it and a winning
trophy will be awarded to all pick sets that made it through week
17.
In the event of all remaining pick sets being eliminated in the same
week before the end of the season or week 17, those pick sets
eliminated in said week (whatever number week it is) will split
the pot evenly and a winning trophy will be awarded to all pick
sets eliminated that same week.
